I provide a non-judgmental and confidential space where you can speak freely. Together, we will explore the thoughts, emotions, and issues impacting your life, working to build the resilience and confidence you need to move toward a more fulfilling and happier future.
How it Works: Your Journey to Support
1. Initial Consultation (Free) I offer a free 15-minute consultation via Microsoft Teams or telephone. This is a chance for us to meet, discuss what you are looking for, and help you decide if I am the right therapist for you before committing to a full session.
2. The First Session In our first full session, we will explore the background of what has brought you to therapy. This ensures that the support I offer is perfectly tailored to your needs. If we both feel that we are a good fit, we can then arrange a regular schedule.
3. Ongoing Sessions
Frequency: Usually weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs.
Duration: Each session lasts 50 minutes.
Duration of Therapy: There is no "one size fits all." Some clients find clarity in just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We will review our progress regularly to ensure therapy continues to work for you.
Where We Meet
I offer flexible options to suit your lifestyle and location:
In-Person: Private consulting rooms in Oldgate Therapy Centre, Morpeth (Northumberland) and The Regent Centre, Gosforth (Newcastle upon Tyne).
Online & Phone: I provide therapy via video call (Teams) or telephone to anyone resident within the UK.
