Booking Your Session

• Video & Phone: You can view my live calendar and book these sessions directly through the portal.
• Last-Minute Openings: If you don't see a time that works, check back shortly before your preferred date; I often add extra availability the week prior.
• In-Person & Insurance: I am happy to offer in-person sessions or work with private health insurance. To book these, please reach out directly via email, phone, or the contact page.

For Existing Clients

Log in anytime to:

• View or reschedule upcoming appointments.
• Download invoices and payment receipts.
• Access shared therapy documents and resources.
